Healthy Smiles Program

Roosevelt Dental Center is pleased to introduce our Healthy Smiles Program. This plan is a great way for individuals to get affordable and easy to understand dental care, without all of the rules and exclusions of traditional dental insurance! It is super easy! Tell us you want to sign up for the Healthy Smiles Program and it’s done. There is no cost to sign up. It is the better alternative to buying dental insurance. It’s as simple as that! The Plan Details

Adult Membership includes:

2 cleanings per year.
1-2 periodic exams per year.
up to 4 bitewing and 3 periapical xrays per year.
2 fluoride varnish applications per year.
an FMX/Panoramic every 5 years.
one emergency visit with a periapical xray per year.

Periodontal Membership includes:

Up to 3 periodontal maintenance cleanings per year.
2 cleanings per year.
1-2 periodic exams per year.
up to 4 bitewing and 3 periapical xrays per year.
2 fluoride varnish applications per year.
an FMX/Panoramic every 5 years.
one emergency visit with a periapical xray per year.

Child (12 and younger) membership includes:

2 child cleanings per year.
2 periodic exams per year.
2 fluoride varnish applications per year.
1 set of bitewings (2 films) per year.
1 emergency exam with a periapical xray per year.

Adult membership includes:

2 child cleanings per year.
1-2 periodic exams per year.
up to 4 bitewing and 3 periapical xrays per year.
2 fluoride varnish applications per year.
an FMX/Panoramic every 5 years.
1 emergency visit with a periapical xray per year.

In addition, for all other services at our office you save 15%.
Furthermore, we have partnered with leading specialists in the area who will provide you with a 15% discount on their services, should you need them.
